Orders & Payments
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Shop Pay. All transactions are securely encrypted.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible. Please contact our support team at support@curveloom.com as soon as possible.
Q: Will I receive an order confirmation?
A: Yes, after placing your order you will receive an email confirmation with your order details and receipt.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship?
A: Currently, we ship within the United States only.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is free on all U.S. orders.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days, so please allow 7–10 business days in total.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly on our Tracking Portal or on the courier’s website.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: Returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items are free. For other returns (change of mind, wrong size), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Q: How long does it take to get my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: Yes! We offer one free size exchange per order under our Perfect Fit Guarantee.

Q: How do I know which size to order?
A: Please refer to our Size Guide for bust, waist, and hip measurements. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
Q: Are your clothes true to size?
A: Yes, our collection is designed specifically for plus size women (sizes 16W–30W). Each design is tested for fit and comfort by real customers.
Q: What if my item doesn’t fit?
A: Don’t worry! Our Perfect Fit Guarantee means you can exchange your first order for the right size free of charge within 7 days.
