Orders & Payments

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible. Please contact our support team at help@curveloom.com as soon as possible.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Currently, we ship within the United States only.

Where do you ship?

Shipping is free on all U.S. orders.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within1–2 business days. Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days, so please allow 7–10 business days in total.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-dayreturn policy. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

 Do I have to pay for return shipping?


Returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items are covered at no cost to the customer. For all other returns, including change of mind or wrong size, customers must pay the return shipping fees.

How long does it take to get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Can I exchange an item?

How do I know which size to order?

Please refer to our Size Guide for bust, waist, and hip measurements. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

Are your clothes true to size?

Yes, our collection is designed specifically for plus size women (sizes 16W–30W). Each design is tested for fit and comfort by real customers.

What if my item doesn’t fit?

Don’t worry! Our Perfect Fit Guarantee means you can exchange your first order for the right size free of charge within 7 days.
