Return Window

  • You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Non-returnable items (such as hygiene-sensitive products or final sale items) will be clearly marked on the product page.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: Return shipping is free. Curveloom will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Change of Mind / Incorrect Order: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Since standard shipping for U.S. orders is free, no original shipping fees apply or are deducted from refunds.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email help@curveloom.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Approval & Instructions: Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item and ship it using the return address provided by our support team.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Please note that processing times may vary slightly depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact help@curveloom.com. All exchanges are subject to product availability.
