Return Window
Customers have the right to cancel their purchase and return the product within 30 days from the delivery date.
Return Instructions
- Return Notification: To initiate a return, contact our customer service at help@curveloom.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide detailed instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label (for defective or incorrect items only).
Packaging and Shipping
- Pack the item in the original packaging with all labels/tags attached.
- Include the return authorization form and any necessary supporting documents.
- Download and print the return label (if provided) from our email.
Return Cost
- Defective or Incorrect Products: No cost to the customer.
- Change of Mind (Customer Remorse): Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Specific Return and Refund Conditions
✔ Change of Mind: We do not accept returns in these cases, but you can contact us to receive a voucher
✔ Defective Goods: Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of defects.
✔ Damaged Goods: Provide photos within 48 hours; return shipping covered by CurveLoom.
✔ Incorrect Product: We arrange free return and send the correct item.
✔ Product Never Arrived: We investigate and provide a full refund or replacement if not found.
✔ Cancellation After Order: You can cancel before dispatch; after dispatch, follow the return process.
Policy for Damaged or Defective Goods
Notify us within 48 hours with images. After inspection, we provide a replacement or full refund.

Exceptions
The following cannot be returned:
- Custom/personalized items
- Hygiene products (e.g., socks, underwear) unless unopened and unused
