How to Measure Yourself
For the most accurate results, we recommend having someone assist you with the measurement. Use a soft measuring tape and wear well-fitting undergarments.
Bust Measurement
Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
Waist Measurement
Measure around your natural waistline, which is typically the narrowest part of your torso.
Hip Measurement
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, approximately 8–9 inches below your waistline.
